All prices, treatments and information are correct at the time of posting this website and are subject to revision without notice.Deposits are required for some treatments. Courses are not transferable, and are valid for 6 months only.
Cancellation Policy
At Ladycare Beauty Salon, we understand that appointments will
need to be changed and cancelled from time to time. In order to facilitate our clients
we ask for at least 24 hours notice in these instances.
Please note our specific policies
below:
Punctuality & Courtesy
As a courtesy to other clients following your appointment,
late arrivals will result in a reduction of treatment time. Please do not ask the
impossible, we will endeavour to carry out what we can within the time slot allocated,
or suggest a re-booking. All times stated include preparation of room and client:
i.e. 5 minutes at the beginning and end of treatment.
Mobile Phones
Please switch off
mobile phones before & during your visit to the salon.
Consultation
We are aware that
many of you may be confused as to which treatment best suites your specific requirements.
We are of course, pleased to offer you up-to-date information and advice with a complimentary
consultation in the strictest of confidence.
Hygiene
Salon Hygiene is, of course, the
utmost importance and to achieve optimal cleanliness all our sterilisation equipment
is approved by the local Environmental Health Officer. We only use new sterilised
disposable needles for each client.
Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers can either be brought
in multiples of €5.00 or for specific treatments. Treatment gift vouchers are valid
for 6 months from the date of purchase and can be used on any beauty treatments or
products at Ladycare Beauty salons unless specified. There is no cash redemption.
Monetary gift vouchers do not expire. Vouchers may be used towards treatments and
products. Terms and conditions will vary when buying vouchers for promotions.
Payment
Most Credit Cards are acceptable, cash, debit cards or cheque. All prices
include value added tax at a current rate.
General Treatment Advice - Very Important Information
Food - Always allow at least
1 hour to digest your meals before having treatments.
Alcohol - Never consume alcohol
before any treatment.
Medical Conditions - If you have any of the following it is
essential to tell your therapist before your treatment as some electrical treatments
are prohibited if you suffer from these conditions:
24 hour patch test required for tinting and waxing treatments if its your first visit to Ladycare.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or gaurdian at all times.
ladycare are not responsible for parking or parking fines.
Ladycare thrive to be professional and curteous at all times and thrive to be the best salon around but if you are not satisfied with a treatment please notify us within 7 days. Full refund will be offered by cash or voucher treatment may be carried out again at no extra charge.
Consultation forms must be filled in and signed on your first visit to Ladycare and clients will are responsible for letting us know of any change in allergies or medical conditions throughout their visits to Ladycare.
Waxing
Do not have heat treatments or undertake exercise (e.g. sauna, sunbed, Jacuzzi,
workout, or swim etc.) Less than 8 hours before or 24 hours after your wax. Avoid
wearing "Best" underwear for Bikini wax. Avoid normal deodorants after under arm
wax.
